IS THIS PROJECT AN ALTERNATIVE TO YOUR GALLERIES?

Not at all. Since we no longer consign older work to our galleries, the only way to make them available between collectors is by acting as an intermediary. As such, this site acts in complement. We do not undercut our galleries' prices.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, but contact us if you are in a country outside the EU, USA, Canada, Japan or Australasia.

WHAT DELIVERY METHOD DO YOU USE?

We use tracked, priority, signed-for mail. Shipping is included in the price. Contact us to enquire about any other carriers. Potential Customs and Duties are the responsibility of the recipient.

In the event of direct collector-to-collector transactions facilitated by us, transport arrangements will be discussed on an individual basis.

WHAT ARE THE DISPATCH TIMES?

We aim to send all works within seven working days and will confirm the dispatch date shortly after payment.

ARE THE WORKS INSURED DURING TRANSIT?

PayPal offer cover for losses. We will take responsibility in the event of loss or damage for any work sent from the studio, offering either a refund or a replacement.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

If you are unhappy with a drawing acquired from the studio, we will offer a refund on return of the work within 7 days of receipt.

WHERE ARE YOU BASED?

We live in France, from where all works direct from the studio will be shipped. Our postal address is La Ménine, 32110 PANJAS.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO PURCHASE WORKS I'VE SEEN AT THE GALLERIES ON HIPKISSART.COM?

By all means enquire as to their whereabouts. Most current works are either with our galleries or sold; however, a small number of the older pieces may be at the studio and available.

I'D LIKE TO OFFER AN OLDER HIPKISS DRAWING FOR SALE. HOW WOULD IT WORK?

We'd be delighted to help you resell the drawing. We are at an early stage of the project, so the finer details are not quite in place yet, but please contact us in the first instance.

CAN I SHARE IMAGES FROM THE SITE?

Not without our consent. As the creators of the work, we retain the copyright of all images. Please contact us for any questions.

DO YOU PROVIDE AUTHENTICITY CERTIFICATES WITH THE WORKS?

Yes.

IS THIS WEBSITE SECURE FOR FINANCIAL TRANSACTIONS?

Yes. We have full SSL protection via our ecommerce partner, Wix. Payments are handled by secure processors, PayPal or Stripe. Check for the padlock symbol in the address bar of your browser.

DO I NEED TO SIGN UP FOR AN ACCOUNT TO ORDER?

No. The option is there to allow for tracking your order and to make any future visits easier.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO BUY WORKS FRAMED?

Due to transport problems in the past, we do not offer framed works. We can offer advice, however. Collectors may offer works framed if they assume responsibility for transit.
